- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆March 14, 2019, by Casey Sewalli'm a very dissatisfied customer. they sent me a hat that does not fit. the brand of hat i purchased i have since learned runs large, and varies model by model within the brand. The brand is stetson. i ordered the hat based upon sizing rules on their web site and the stetsons web site. hatcountry told me i went to the wrong manufacturers web site. additionally, i went to a dealer who sells that brand and he told me they run large and vary hat by hat. they charged me the return shipping fees and refused to send a FEDEX pick up tag, i had to go to USPS, which for me is 25 minutes away. I made multiple phone calls to them and over 2 dozen emails back and forth to keep hearing the same thing over and over. WE CANT HELP YOU.
